Orders & Payment

Subscribe & Save Program

Some products offer an optional recurring subscription instead of a one-time purchase. Subscribing is always an active choice you make on the product page — it is never applied automatically.

Subscribing typically saves around 20% off the one-time price. The exact discount is shown on each product page before you subscribe, since it can vary by product.
Your first charge happens immediately when you subscribe — there is no free trial period that later converts into a paid charge.
After the first order, your card is billed automatically every 30 days unless you change the frequency or cancel.
You'll receive an email confirmation when you subscribe, and before each upcoming renewal charge.

All subscription terms — price, discount, and billing frequency — are shown on the product page and repeated at checkout before you enter payment details.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, at no cost. Cancelling stops all future charges — it does not affect orders already shipped.
